Synergy allows you to control one PC from another one seamlessly, you just move the mouse from one screen to the other one! And you can even copy & paste between computers!!
Synergy is a client/server application that you install on the machines you want to control. The machine with the keyboard and mouse you'll use to control the others is configured as a server and the others as clients. Synergy can be used across different Operating Systems!
