When two friends from University came here to visit me in March I took them to Butcher's Hook & Cleaver, a pub where I've eaten before a couple of times and mentioned on a previous post. Their pies are just phenomenal, they are really worth it. Not only that but they have a wide selection of lagers and ales. I really recommend this place to anyone, but not on a Friday. The place gets crowded and the service becomes horrible. It's really hard to find an available employee let alone get food an drinks.
Apart from that, the pies where amazing as always and my friends enjoyed them as well.
